We have now adopted this on-line booking/scheduling as the preferred way for all members as well as the Community Center to book sqaush courts.
The success of this system truly depends on the integrity of members. Because we are using a generic password for all members, everyone has the same access priviledges which means everyone can cancel every and any booking (with the possible exception of the repeating blocks that the administrator books). Be careful and considerate of other bookings. Cancel ONLY your own bookings!
SIMPLE BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: |

Choose the day/date you want to play from the drop down menu at the top of the page

Click on the time and court you would like to book

Enter the first names of the two players in each player box
|

It is NOT necessary to enter an email address because the whole world can see this court schedule

The password to use when recording your court booking has been distributed to members. If for some reason you do not have the password, please send a message to Kevin at the membership e-mail address requesting the password. For the purpose of booking courts, the Community Center will act as another member of the club and will book courts for drop-in guests, casual users, hotel guests, and those members not accustomed to using computers and the internet.
