Draws will be available on October 14, 2009.
The tournament hotel is the Powder Springs Hotel (1-800-991-4455) offering a tournament rate of $69/night..
Events may be combined or cancelled if there are insufficient entries.
Entrants are responsible for finding out their playing times.
No schedule changes will be made after the draw is complete.
No refunds after the entry deadline of October 09, 2009.
Faxed entries should be confirmed by telephone.
