Society progress

The cost of the name search for the society will be sponsored by CFDC (about $30), but the society will have to pay the actual registration costs (about $100).

Joining Squash BC offers insurance and liability protection for directors of the Racquet Den, but joining Racquetball BC does not offer similar insurance or protection. Kevin is looking into possible alternatives to provide insurance coverage and liability protection for the racquetball side of things.

Summer work repairing courts

The weekend of April 28 and 29 was suggested as a possible date to begin repairs to the facilities.  Kevin will check with Troy Biggs and Joey to ensure that these dates work with these two folks as they are pretty integral to the success of the repairs.

Other business

Norm will begin pondering how to attract further corporate sponsorship.
